David Paugh concentrates his practice in business formation and representation, business and real estate transactions, banking, and estate planning. Dave graduated summa cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1979. He is an active member of the business community and serves as pro bono counsel to several charitable organizations. Dave is heavily involved in the local school community. Not only is he attorney for Seymour Community Schools, Crothersville Community Schools and Immanuel Lutheran School, but he speaks on legal issues in the classroom, has coached men's cross-country and volunteers at cross-country and track meets. Mr. Paugh additionally serves as a Director at Jackson County Bank.
